Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Flex-Arm. These conditions regulate the purchase of products on our website in compliance with the Consumer Code.

1. Purchase Information

The sales contract is concluded electronically through our website. Providing accurate data (Tax Code and VAT number where applicable) is essential for order processing.

2. Payments and Prices

  • Prices indicated on the site include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • PayPal and Credit Cards: Fast and secure payment via PayPal gateway.
    • Bank Transfer: Details for the payment will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods

All shipments are handled via Express Courier to ensure maximum traceability and safety during transport. The total shipping cost is clearly indicated on the invoice.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, simply send a request from your customer account at the following link (if you are a registered customer) https://www.flex-arm.com/it/module/tecwithdrawal/withdrawal?action=list, or at the following link (if you are an unregistered customer) https://www.flex-arm.com/it/module/tecwithdrawal/guest, without having to provide a reason.

The returned product must be intact, free of tampering, and not damaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Operational Note: Flex-Arm does not ship during company closure periods: From 25/07 to 26/08 and from 20/12 to 06/01.
