Standard Warranty

Our new products come with a standard 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

• Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship.
• Service: Free repair or replacement if the defect is confirmed.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover consumables (batteries, bulbs), misuse, drops, accidental water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

How to proceed

1. Contact us: Report the issue to us before shipping the product.
2. Preparation: Include a copy of your invoice or receipt and a copy of the order inside the package.
3. Shipping: Ship the product to the address indicated below.
