3/4" Segment - Single Module (1 piece)

The base module of the Flex-Arm 3/4" system allows for custom configurations, offering maximum flexibility and hold in any condition. The arm can be easily lengthened or shortened by adding or removing individual segments, making the system perfectly adaptable over time.

Assembly and Disassembly Guide

The Flex-Arm system is designed to be modular and intuitive:

  • Assembly: Can be done manually with firm pressure between male/female balls. Alternatively, use our 3/4" Pliers for quick coupling and optimal finish protection.
  • Base Insertion (M8/M6 threads): Place the base on a flat surface, keep the tube vertical, and push firmly downwards until it clicks.
  • Terminal Insertion: Direct pressure insertion, keeping the axis aligned between the balls.
  • Disassembly: Grip the component, rotate until it stops, and force slightly: the module will detach cleanly.
  • 60009bk Joint: Essential only when you need to reverse or adapt the connection to join threaded components (e.g., Threaded Base → Tube → 60009bk Joint → Threaded Base).

Tips and Information

Settling: It is normal for a new arm to make slight creaking noises initially; this disappears spontaneously after the natural settling of the modules.

Weight Capacity: The longer the flexible arm, the less its weight-bearing capacity.

Optimizing Hold: For heavy loads or extended lengths, increase structural rigidity with 3/4" Element Clamps. These clamps offer superior stability in any working condition.
